The constitution seeks to ensure the independence of supreme court judges in various ways. Per Article 50 of directive principles of state policy, the state shall take steps to separate the judiciary from the executive. Independence of the judiciary, the supremacy of the constitution and rule of law are the features of the basic structure of the constitution. Supreme court and high courts are empowered to frame suo moto cases without receiving the formal petitions/complaints on any suspected injustice including actions/acts indulging in contempt of court and contempt of the constitution by the executive, legislators, citizens, etc. It is considered as one of the most independent court in the whole South East Asia.
The George Cowdrey House stands near the crest of a hill northeast of Stoneham’s Central Square, on the west side of High Street north of its junction with Cowdrey Street (which is also named for George Cowdrey). It is a modest two-story building, set on a large lot with a low stone retaining wall at the sidewalk. The house is covered with a mansard roof and has a clapboarded exterior. A porch wraps around to the left side, with a gazebo section at the corner. The porch is supported by round Tuscan columns and has dentil moulding at the eave. The mansard roof dormers are topped by segmented arches and have scrollwork framing around their windows. Stylistically sympathetic ells extend to the side and rear of the main block, which exhibits high quality craftsmanship both outside and inside.

Adding some friendliness to a rather formal type heritage lends DIN Neue Roman its subtle yet elegant appeal. It derives from the sans-serif classic DIN 1451, but it is more than just a simple serif counterpart. It explores a broader potential of the construction principles of DIN by playing with contradictions. This serif version overcomes the industrial origin and enriches the technically impression with a human touch. It interprets the established concept differently than expected. The linear stroke of the original sans might call for a slab serif, instead its contrast is much higher. Therefore a static stroke like of a Didone might be required, but the dynamic stroke of a transitional typeface is applied here. By this DIN Neue Roman cleverly defies typographic conventions, but keeps its legibility.
DIN Neue Roman was designed in 2015 as part of Philip Lammert’s master thesis at HAW Hamburg with big thanks to Prof. Jovica Veljovic. The typeface family’s first commercial release was in early 2018.

Fonts for desktop use
For desktop use, fonts are provided in the formats OTF and TTF. These can be installed, for example, in the Mac OS X or Windows operating systems and used in application software such as Microsoft Word, Mac Pages, Adobe Photoshop or Affinity Publisher.
Fonts for web use
For web use, fonts are provided as self-hosted web fonts in the formats WOFF and WOFF2. There is no pageview tracking by Vibrant Types via a CSS code. No copyright or license comment is required in the website code (HTML, CSS, Javascript).
Fonts for app use
For app use, fonts are provided in the format TTF. These can be embedded in application software such as mobile apps.
